1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of services operated by Summit AI Solutions LLC. By submitting information or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Role

We are a sales and marketing intermediary connecting consumers with third-party internet service providers. We are not the internet service provider.

3. Separate Provider Agreement

Any internet service purchase is governed by a separate agreement between you and the selected provider. Provider pricing, installation, performance, and support are controlled by the provider.

4. Communications Consent

By providing contact information, you consent to lawful communications by phone, text, email, and related methods. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts or email opticsupa@gmail.com.

5. Disclaimers and Liability

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for third-party provider outages, billing, or performance issues.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Utah law, subject to arbitration and venue terms as applicable under governing law.
